I inspect each and every home as if I personally were buying it for my family to live in.

I'am asked constantly what is a home inspection? A home inspection is a visual inspection of the condition of systems and components that are visible and not concealed from view as they are the day of the inspection. Items inspected are, Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, Foundation, Interior, Exterior, and Grounds. A computer generated report will be produced for the client, and is generally emailed within 24 hours after the inspection. My fees are simple, a flat rate for the property that is inspected, no hidden costs, no extra charges for additional HVAC systems, square footage, number of bedrooms or bathrooms, no mileage charges. A home inspection generally takes 2 to 4 hours to complete depending on the size of the home. Client participation is recommended.

A special note to buyers who are buying a BANK OWNED, SHORT SALE, or FORECLOSED property, even though the property is most likely being sold AS IS, it is highly recommended that a home inspection be completed so you know what problems might exist.
