Even though the real estate market has slowed, we here at KDR Home Inspections are still inspecting homes. KDR Home Inspections is a full time inspection company. Unlike other home inspectors who have found that when the industry slows, they must find other means of support, and that means that they are not available to take your calls and do inspections. When you call, I answer the phone, and I am available to provide the service that you need in a timely manner.

I have reasonable fees based on a flat rate for the property that is to be inspected, and can generally inspect any property for less than the other guy, but still give you the highest quality inspection.

I use a computer generated reporting system, digital photo equipment, and something most other inspectors don't offer, a Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera.

I am available 7 days a week, and evening hours. You can call my business number and I usually answer the phone until 7:00 pm. I travel the entire Chicagoland area, and surrounding counties, and will soon be licensed to do inspections in the State of Indiana.

So to prospective client's, if you are tired of getting no response from other home inspectors after leaving message after message, that probably means they are not able to do an inspection for you.
